Group fitness is for women, the classic gym is for men!?
That's how it was thought once upon a time! Fortunately, trends in the fitness world have changed this view of exercise.

With a combination of aerobic training and strength training, the concept of group training, as we will have in our box, will be interesting for both women and men. HIIT, crossfit WODs & metcons, barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio-equipment like Assault Air Bike, Concept2 Rower and SkiErg - we have it all!
ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING​
Working with a personal trainer to maximise your performances
We as your personal trainers work with you one-on-one, helping you to set long-term and realistic goals.
It is important to us that you have a proper understanding of what is required for you to reach those goals.

Having that in mind, we also understand the fact that each and every one of us is different and that our abilities vary when it comes to exercise. Our task is to consider all of the above when teaching you to perform exercises in the correct way and with a good posture and form.

Now you can! Our box is equipped with everything you need. Whether it is one or multiple sessions you want to book - just contact us at least 2 days before your arrival! We are happy to host you!
